My background on Wall Street, including Goldman Sachs, along with owning a business and personally investing in properties in New York City, Colorado, and Montana, has given me a strong understanding of both the financial and personal sides of real estate. I know how to look beyond a property's asking price to evaluate value, opportunity, risk, and long term potential.

Originally from New York City, I moved to the Catskills and Hudson Valley in 2001 to raise my family. I fell in love with the region's natural beauty, welcoming communities, and the unique lifestyle it offers, with more space, mountains, farms, skiing, hiking, and a wonderful connection to the outdoors, all within easy reach of Manhattan. After spending some time away, I returned in 2023 with an even greater appreciation for the area.

Today, I work with both buyers and sellers throughout the Hudson Valley. For buyers, I bring a thoughtful, analytical approach to finding the right property, evaluating its value and potential, and negotiating with confidence. For sellers, I draw on my market knowledge and financial perspective to strategically position a property, determine its value, attract the right buyers, and negotiate from a position of strength.
